Please note that Pretty Little Diva schedule fills up quickly and it is necessary to allow at least 4-6 weeks for party reservations

*Additional Hostess: All party packages with 8 guests or more will require an additional party hostess at a rate of $50.00.

Some A La Carte items may require an additional hostess as well. We will discuss the activities at the time of purchase.

We are an event planning company and the Spa Party Themes are for entertainment only and the "treatments" are for entertainment purposes only and not performed by licensed professionals.

Guests should arrive with nails free of polish, and trimmed as there will be no clipping, cutting, or pushing back of cuticles/nails for health and sanitation purposes.

 Prices subject to change without notice and items subject to change based on availability.

 If you would like Pretty Little Diva to mail guests invitations a fee of .75 cents per invitation will apply.

 Booking Information: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon reserving your event date. All upgrades/additions are non-refundable and due at the time of party reservation.

*Parties requesting dates less than 2 weeks out will be subject to a $50 Rush Fee.

 Payments Accepted through Paypal Only and subject to online Transaction Fees.

Date reservations are first come first serve and are not considered reserved until a completed Party Agreement and Deposit/Voucher Number have been received. Until all requested items are received dates remain available for booking.

Robes: Our robe sizes coordinate with our spa party age recommendations 5-13 (in kids sizes.) Sizes fit most. If you have any questions regarding the sizes please contact Pretty Little Diva.

*Party Duration - Please note we reserve 2 hours for each party, but parties may conclude within 1 and 1/2 hours due to a number of factors such as, number of guests, activities, guest participation, etc.

 

Our Spa Party age recommendations are for ages 5-15 and include one Party Hostess assigned to parties of 8 guests or less, but it may be necessary to add an additional hostess to ensure the party moves faster as we tend to lose their attention quickly.

Required hostess would be billed for $40.

*Intended Number of Guests for Event (Including Guest of Honor) *Please note there will be a $15 charge per each additional guests for our Spa Party Packages. Also, Parties of 10 Guests or more require an additional Party Hostess at $50. Some A La Carte activities may require an additional Party Hostess as well. You will be informed of any activities that may require an additional hostess.

*Your $100 Deposit is due along with your Party Agreement (Disregard Party Deposit if you purchased your package through a Daily Deal Site).

*Remaining Party Balances can be paid at anytime; with all final payments due 2 days prior to your event. No Exceptions.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: I will not refund your deposit or party balance. If you need to reschedule for any other reason, I will gladly offer you the next date available.  If any bakery items have been ordered no refund's will be given. We will try to have them rescheduled.

All upgrades/additions are non-refundable and due at your consultation.

Where are Pretty Little Diva parties held?

All Pretty Little Diva experiences are held at your home or venue of your choice. Some families choose to have their event at their own residence while others book a hotel suite or other venue for the event. Pretty Little Diva is a full service MOBILE spa for girls and we will travel to you to make your little girl's spa dreams come true!

Is there a size or space requirement to hold a Pretty Little Diva event?
It is our goal to turn your home or preferred venue into a magnificent girly spa!  Therefore, in order to ensure you have the absolute best Pretty Little Diva experience we recommend adequate space for our spa "stations" and guests at your party.  Your spacing requirement will depend on the Pretty Little Diva experience you choose.  On average, a large living room or den area, bonus room or the use of multiple rooms in a home or hotel suite will suffice.  Please let us know when booking your party how much space will be available and we will ensure we tailor your spa experience to meet your needs. 

How long does the party run?
Pretty Little Diva parties last between 2 hours and 3 hours depending on your selected experience package and the size of your guest list. 

Please allow 30 minute set-up and pack-up time before and after your party.  We will arrive to your home or venue 30 minutes prior to the start of your event and we will clean up and pack up all of our supplies

Having a Pretty Little Diva event is not just a party...it is a celebration of all things beautiful inside and out.  It is a celebration of your daughter and her friends and an acknowledgement of how powerful, valuable and worthy they are in your life and in this world.  It is an opportunity to feel good, get pampered and learn something all in an atmosphere of support, relaxation and not to mention, pink fluffy GIRLY GOODNESS! 

Pretty Little Diva is not just another kid's party company that only touches your life for 2 hours and touches your wallet!  We strive to be a resource for parents, a positive example for young women and the source of endless smiles and laughter for little girls.  We strive to make your event not just another party...but an experience that you and your family will not soon forget.
 

What does Pretty Little Diva provide for the party?
We provide everything needed to turn your home into a girl's spa fantasy ;-)  Depending on the experience you select, in addition to all of our spa supplies and products, we also bring chairs, tables, table linen, motivational signage, lamps, hanging decor and decorative pillows.  Give us your space -and we will transform it into a SPAtacular girly dream!

Can party packages be customized?
Yes! We can customize your Pretty Little Diva experience to meet your unique needs. We do not offer "per girl" packages due to the fact that our travel and set-up fees are consistent regardless of the number of girls at your event. However, Pretty Little Diva services can be selected 'a la carte for your convenience or we can meet with you to discuss your individual preferences, needs or desires for your party - and we will do whatever we can to make it happen!

Do I need to provide decorations?
It is totally up to you - we will bring enough decor to create a spa experience in your home, however some Pretty Little Diva families order their own balloons, paper products, streamers, etc. You can make your experience as simple or as extravagant as you like - if you need help, just let us know.  We are more than happy to help you plan your party to make sure your little princess is pleased!

How do you apply your mission of confidence and self-love to Pretty Little Diva events?
From the very beginning to the end of your Pretty Little Diva event your little diva and her friends will not only be pampered on the outside, but they will be motivated on the inside. For example, when the party starts each girl will pick a positive adjective that describes her (Confident, Strong, Powerful, Lovely, Smart, Kind, Assertive) - that word will be written on her name tag along with her name and she will be addressed by both her name and her positive attribute for the duration of the event.
Even though Pretty Little Diva girls get pampered on the outside, by the end of the event they also feel good about themselves on the inside...and that is our ultimate goal.

Do you provide professional cosmetology services?

Pretty Little Diva "spa treatments" are PRETEND PLAY services inspired by imagination role play games and activities for girls and 'tweens.

ALL Pretty Little Diva events, services and "treatments" are strictly for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES only. We do not use harsh or salon grade chemicals or utensils and we do not provide expert opinion, treatment or advice on health and beauty to parents or children.

Illness Policy:

·         We know that “life” happens, especially with little Birthday Diva so if she becomes ill and the party must be cancelled we will work with you to find an alternate party date, based on availability.  Please provide a 24 hour notice of illness, if possible.

Pretty Little Diva Party Dress Policy:

·         All food and beverage related activities should be planned for after the Pretty Little Diva party in order to limit the potential of damage to spa robes and accessories.  Water is acceptable as it is easy to work up a thirst while pampering.

Behavior problems Policy:

·         You as the hostess/host, or the child’s parent, are responsible for any behavior problems or issues during the party. We will not assume responsibility for providing any disciplinary action during a party. In order to continue to delivery and offer a magical and wonderful experience for your Diva Party, we will need to focus on the Princesses that are following the rules and behaving properly during the party. 

Photo Policy:

·         Depending on your package there will be a photographer on-site to take photos and capture every lil diva moment along the way.  You will receive pictures via email or in   a video within 2 weeks of the party.  Please note that these party photos may be used to show Pretty Little Diva experience on our web-site of face book.  If you do not want your Princesses photo placed on our web-site you will need to let us know in advance.  These photos will in no way be used to create merchandise or to sell to the public. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy please do not hesitate to ask.

Accident or Damage Policy:

·         Pretty Little Diva is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur at any of its parties.
